BACK HOME

Hi everybody,

Just to let you all know that I am back in the land of the living. They let me out of the hospital on Friday evening. The operation was a success especially as they managed to remove the gall bladder by keyhole surgery. I'm coping quite well and am managing the slight discomfort the operation has caused. If I take it steady I should be able to go to the antique fairs in two weeks time.
I'm hoping to list some items on the site in a day or two when my head clears from the anaesthetic.
Keep a look out here for the notice of listings.

Orders are continuing to be taken.

OLD BOOKS COVERED IN RECYCLED VINTAGE FRENCH FABRIC.

I managed to list a few items for you this morning. Lovely old observer books that I have made slip covers for. they look superb stacked together on a side table. The covers can be removed easily for laundering when necessary.

This is the last listing I will be making for a few days I'm afraid. my gall bladder is playing up again and I know from past experience that I have to slow down a little.
I will be taking orders of course, that isn't a problem as my husband can help me out there.
I am hoping that by the end of September after my operation I will be back to full health and fitness.
I will keep up this blog and still keep buying wonderful items. I would love it if people would leave comments here as they always cheer me up.
