Today I have listed four lovely old postcards
that are ideal for printing onto fabric. These can be used in a variety
of sewing projects such as fabric books, altered books, hangings and
placed on bags etc.
A big, big thank you for everyone who have liked the Rag Rescue facebook page. I have now reached over 1000 likers. To show my appreciation I am giving a 15% discount on everything on the Rag Rescue website TODAY Thursday 29th November.
Today I have listed some more silk ribbon
trademans samples. These are Victorian and in superb condition. They are
ideal for a collection or could be used in crazy Quilting. You can find them at the Rag Rescue website in the "Embellishments" section under "ribbons". When they are gone, they are gone.

Buttons are great for adding to the clothes in your wardrobe to give them a new lease of life. As below, you can use them for decoration or add them to your favourite bags. The ideas are endless.
The above buttons are now on the RAG RESCUE website along with lots of others, greens, reds, yellows and a whole assortment of colours. You will find them in the "Haberdashery" category under "buttons". Why not take a look.
I don't normally list on a Saturday at the moment but I have decided just to put one special item each Saturday as I have some larger items to list.
I have just listed this lovely handmade vintage fabric, lace and nuno felted wall hanging on the website. At the moment I don't have a category for handmade items so I've placed it in the 'Vintage goods' category as all of the items used in the wall hanging are vintage or antique. The fabric is French.
