Antique lace and embroidery at Rag Rescue tomorrow

I've been sorting though my many boxes of lace this week  and so will be listing antique and vintage lace one day a week for the near future.

I am also trying to clear some of my stock so am having a sale in a couple of weeks time of vintage fabric. Now that my mother is living with me I have less space to store my stock and with more coming in each week my stock room is now getting full.

Lovely, lovely vintage lace at Rag Rescue tomorrow.

A bodice insert, a sleeve with lovely glass buttons, and a ruffle of dotted net (see Mollie Makes magazine for ruffles, they are in at the moment).

There is also a rare opportunity to see a lace collar in the making.

Lovely vintage black lace trim, beaded, sequin, tassel and bobble braid trim and a set of lovely linen place mats embroidered with pretty rose baskets.

Next seasons designer embellishments - black beadwork and lace

Black beadwork and lace is still in fashion this coming Autumn and Winter. Tomorrow I will be listing lots of Victorian black beadwork and vintage lace.
