Victorian fabric designs at Rag Rescue

Here is how one customer used Victorian fabric patches in her sewing of a quilt.

See the post I wrote on the making of this quilt at

Made by Charlotte of 'A cottage in Totteridge'

Would you use these wonderful Victorian fabric patches with the superb designs and if so what would you make with them?

Antique and vintage Chinese embroideries and Victorian fabric patches at the Rag Rescue website.

Yesterday the above Chinese embroidery pieces were listed on the website. They are ideal to adding as embellishments to pictures, bags, cushions and any of your sewing projects. You can either use the shape as it is or snip out the actual flowers and sew around them creating a unique piece of work. They are not expensive.

Today I've listed some more Victorian fabric patches from an old damaged quilt. The designs are just wonderful and can be used in so many ways. As they are Victorian, designers can use them for creating their owen designs based on these very old ones.
