Another piece of French fabric that I am letting go. Not seen before on my previous website but now available in my etsy shop

This is a lovely piece of antique French fabric in glorious Autumnal colours of russet, red, wine and beige all on a cream background. A wonderful design of leaves, fruit and ferns.

 In used but good condition - cotton

 Measures - 62cms x 41cms ( 24.4" x 16.1" )

Something a little different today. Original cards from the 1950's. These are on sturdy card.
You could print off the various characters onto linen and make a whole variety of items, cushions bags, bunting, the possibilities are endless.

Rupert Bear vintage fabric squares

A little late in posting I'm afraid. I got a long phone call from a friend just as I was about to start writing this post and by the time the phone call had ended I forgot all about my blog.

I couldn't resist these lovely vintage fabric squares. They will look wonderful as a quilt or individually as a cushion or embellished on a bag for a child.

They are now on the Rag Rescue website and you can find them today in 'New Listings' category or in the larger fabrics section. I've put them in the larger fabrics as they are 7 inches squares and at only 70p a square I think they are a real bargain.
